C. D. Barclay is a promising Indie-Folk singer/songwriter born and raised in Dallas, TX, now living in Kansas City, MO. Inspired by John Mayer, Gregory Alan Isakov, and Rayland Baxter, plus a variety of classic musicians like The Eagles and Jim Croce, C. D. Barclay has been able to form his own sound that's rooted in complexity by simplicity. His lyrics and melodies will stay with you far beyond your first listen, while also allowing you to think critically about this grand puzzle we're all putting together. He is currently in the studio working on his debut album, "Charlie Boy," and is releasing each song as a single accompanied with artwork by the immensely talented Ethan Ayce Ramirez.
